A minimum 7-day notice via phone or in-person (not email) is required for class cancellations or rescheduling. This policy is in place to keep the costs of our classes as low as possible and ensure that seats are sold to those committed to attending. If you are unable to attend a class, you are encouraged to send someone in your place. We cannot make exceptions. Our recipes use common ingredients that may or may not be specified in the menu, including various fruits and vegetables, nuts, meats, spices, wheat flours, etc. If you have a food allergy or dietary restriction we should be aware of, please call or email before attending the class. We may or may not be able to accommodate. I fully understand and acknowledge that culinary activities such as The Learning Kitchen classes and events have inherent risks, dangers and hazards and that participation in such classes and events may result in injury or illness. By signing I hereby release DBPSM, Inc. dba The Learning Kitchen and each of its owners, principals, agents and employees from any and all liability for damage, losses or personal injury to myself or minor children resulting from participation in the The Learning Kitchen classes or events. I understand the The Learning Kitchen reserves the right to take photographic or film records of any of its programs, and hereby agree that The Learning Kitchen may use any such photographic or film records for promotions and/or commercial purposes without any remuneration to the student/participant. The student and/or guardian agrees to assign all rights, title and interest I may have in or to any media in which my name or likeness might be used to DBPSM, Inc. Gift Card purchases are final and cannot be returned.
