Date Night Chicken Marsala
Chicken Marsala, with its slightly sweet, rich and savory sauce, is a great recipe to have in your culinary arsenal for dinner parties or any special night.
You and your date will begin your meal by preparing a Fresh Spinach Salad with Mandarin Oranges, Slivered Almonds, Cheese and Homemade Dressing. Next, cooking at your own induction cooktop, you'll learn the technique of preparing Chicken Marsala with traditional Marsala Wine and Mushroom Sauce. You’ll also create Parmesan Polenta with Pan-Roasted Brussel Sprouts, and chef will cook up some Garlicky Charred Broccoli. This is sure to become one of your favorites when you want to serve an elegant meal.

All sales are final. A minimum 48-hour notice via email (info@thelearningkitchen.com) is required for class rescheduling. A minimum 7-day notice via phone or in-person is required for class cancellations or rescheduling for reservation of four or more guests. If you are unable to attend a class, you are encouraged to send someone in your place. We cannot make exceptions.
Our recipes use common ingredients that may or may not be specified in the menu, including various fruits and vegetables, nuts, meats, spices, wheat flours, etc. If you have a food allergy or dietary restriction we should be aware of, please call or email before attending the class. We may or may not be able to accommodate.
