Homemade Pasta Carbonara and Zabaglione (Italian Mousse) with Berries
We love teaching our homemade pasta classes, so we're putting a new twist on it by combining it with the superb Carbonara.
You will use an Italian Pasta Maker to create a batch of homemade pasta, and then use the delicious noodles to prepare Pasta Carbonara with Pancetta and plenty of Parmigiano. You will also prepare an Italian Chopped salad and dressing.

Our recipes use common ingredients that may or may not be specified in the menu, including various fruits and vegetables, nuts, meats, spices, wheat flours, etc. If you have a food allergy or dietary restriction we should be aware of, please call or email before attending the class. A minimum 7-day notice via phone or in-person is required for class cancellations or rescheduling for reservation of four or more guests.
