Get ready to cook—and eat—like you’re in Buenos Aires! In this flavor-packed class, we’ll explore the bold, rustic dishes that make Argentinian Cuisine unforgettable.
We’ll start by making one of the most popular desserts in Argentina, the Chocotorta, with layers of coffee soaked chocolate tea biscuits and whipped dulce de leche cream cheese! Then, master the art of searing a perfect Skirt Steak, paired with a punchy homemade Chimichurri that’s equal parts bright, herbal, and tangy.

To round out the meal, we’ll roast up crispy golden Papas Provenzal al Horno (Crispy Roast Seasoned Potatoes) with garlic and parsley, and toss a crisp, refreshing Grilled Ensalada Mixta featuring grilled baby romaine, cherry tomato, red onion, queso fresco, and Salsa Golf. Our recipes use common ingredients that may or may not be specified in the menu, including various fruits and vegetables, nuts, meats, spices, wheat flours, etc. If you have a food allergy or dietary restriction we should be aware of, please call or email before attending the class. We may or may not be able to accommodate.
All sales are final. A minimum 48-hour notice via email (info@thelearningkitchen.com) is required for class rescheduling. A minimum 7-day notice via phone or in-person is required for class cancellations or rescheduling for reservation of four or more guests. If you are unable to attend a class, you are encouraged to send someone in your place. We cannot make exceptions.
