In this fun and interactive class, you and your child will team up at your own cooking station to create one of the most legendary sandwiches ever—the Philly Cheesesteak! Picture this: thinly sliced, perfectly browned beef, sautéed peppers, onions, mushrooms, and gooey cheese, all tucked inside a warm, crusty roll that soaks up every bit of juicy goodness. It’s savory, satisfying, and seriously soul-warming.

Chef will teach you the secrets to to sautéing sliced beef to juicy perfection alongside sweet peppers and onions, and achieving that irresistibly gooey, melty cheese blend—all tucked into fresh, bakery-style bread. No sharing here, you'll both make your own sandwich - a sandwich so good, it’s legendary!

But that’s just the beginning. Chef will guide you and your child through the process of making double-fried French fries, crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside—just like the pros do.

And because no meal is complete without dessert, we’ll finish with a gooey, skillet-baked Chocolate Chip Cookie that’s sure to steal the show.

Our recipes use common ingredients that may or may not be specified in the menu, including various fruits and vegetables, nuts, meats, spices, wheat flours, etc. If you have a food allergy or dietary restriction we should be aware of, please call or email before attending the class. We may or may not be able to accommodate.

All sales are final. A minimum 48-hour notice via email (info@thelearningkitchen.com) is required for class rescheduling. A minimum 7-day notice via phone or in-person is required for class cancellations or rescheduling for reservation of four or more guests. If you are unable to attend a class, you are encouraged to send someone in your place. We cannot make exceptions.
