Join us in an immersive cooking experience where the flavors and traditions of Italy combine with American Steakhouse fare!  Learn to create a mouthwatering Prosciutto and Melon Salad paired with creamy Burrata Cheese, delicate Lobster Agnolotti, succulent Filet Mignon, and zesty Broccoli Rabe. 

Our expert chef will unveil the secrets to choosing the finest burrata cheese, showcasing its velvety texture and indulgent creaminess that seamlessly blends with the salad's elements, creating a harmonious blend of flavors and textures that elevate every bite.

Next on our journey is the exquisite Lobster Agnolotti, where you'll master the delicate technique of making pasta dough from scratch and filling it with succulent lobster meat. Our chef will demonstrate the precise steps of shaping and sealing the agnolotti to ensure a perfect bite every time. You'll also discover the nuances of creating a flavorful sauce that harmonizes with the lobster and pasta, enhancing every mouthful.

For the main course, you'll uncover the secrets of seasoning and searing the filet to perfection, achieving a tender and juicy texture that melts in your mouth.

Finally, we'll explore the vibrant and nutritious Broccoli Rabe, showcasing how to cook it to achieve a perfect balance of tenderness and slight crispness while preserving its natural flavors and nutrients.

 A minimum 7-day notice via phone or in-person is required for class cancellations or rescheduling for reservation of four or more guests. 
If you are unable to attend a class, you are encouraged to send someone in your place. We cannot make exceptions.
Our recipes use common ingredients that may or may not be specified in the menu, including various fruits and vegetables, nuts, meats, spices, wheat flours, etc. If you have a food allergy or dietary restriction we should be aware of, please call or email before attending the class. We may or may not be able to accommodate.
