Homemade Pasta Chicken Alfredo w/ Cannolis

Learning to make fresh pasta is an invaluable culinary skill, enabling you to create delightful and impressive dishes right in your kitchen!

In this workshop, you will craft your own Pasta Dough using basic ingredients, mastering the art of kneading. As the dough settles, you'll prepare the filling for the sweet and creamy cannoli filling. Then you'll then roll and cut your handmade dough to produce fresh Linguini, which you'll turn into a delectable Pasta Alfredo, crowned with crispy Parmesan Chicken. The culinary journey concludes with you filling, and decorating your own cannoli.

For this class, we'll be using a manual countertop pasta machine sourced from Italy, which you'll have the opportunity to purchase at a discount.

All sales are final. A minimum 48-hour notice via email (info@thelearningkitchen.com) is required for  rescheduling. A minimum 7-day notice via email is required for rescheduling reservations of four or more guests. If you are unable to attend a class, you are encouraged to send someone in your place. We cannot make exceptions.

Our recipes use common ingredients that may or may not be specified in the menu, including various fruits and vegetables, nuts, meats, spices, wheat flours, etc. If you have a food allergy or dietary restriction we should be aware of, please call or email before attending class. We may or may not be able to accommodate.
