In this hands-on cooking class, our experienced chef will guide you through the step-by-step process of creating the perfect beer batter, choosing the right fish, and achieving that signature crispy texture. You'll also learn how to make irresistible, hand-cut potato chips (fries) that pair wonderfully with your beer-battered fish.

All sales are final. A minimum 48-hour notice via email (info@thelearningkitchen.com) is required for rescheduling. A minimum 7-day notice via email is required for rescheduling reservations of four or more guests. If you are unable to attend a class, you are encouraged to send someone in your place. We cannot make exceptions.
Our recipes use common ingredients that may or may not be specified in the menu, including various fruits and vegetables, nuts, meats, spices, wheat flours, etc. If you have a food allergy or dietary restriction we should be aware of, please call or email before attending class. We may or may not be able to accommodate.
