The second class in our dessert class series, this course will have you baking and filling your own Éclairs, and preparing Key Lime Tarts.
You will begin by making a Key Lime Curd and filling a cookie tart shell. While that sets up, you will make the Éclair dough, pipe them into their signature oblong shape, and bake them off. Next you will work on the filling- a silky pastry cream. After filling your Éclairs, you will dip them in a rich chocolate glaze. Finally, the finishing touch on the key lime tarts- the Swiss Meringue. You will whip up and decoratively pipe the meringue on top of the tarts.
NOTE: We will be providing a Seasonal Salad with Grilled Chicken so that you will not be eating only dessert for dinner....not that there's anything wrong with that!

If you are unable to attend a class, you are encouraged to send someone in your place. We cannot make exceptions.
