The steaks are marinated in our blend of Cajun Spices where you'll learn what goes into making a delicious steak rub. In this class you'll roll and bake your own buttermilk dinner rolls, that come drizzled with melted butter and sprinkled with sea salt and herbs. To accompany your steak, you will be putting a new twist on the classic steakhouse Caesar Salad- including making your dressing from scratch. For sides: we've got caramelized balsamic glazed cippolini onions, and creamy orzo with parmesan and spinach.
