Cooking at your own cooktop, you and your date start class by making a rich, light, and fluffy Chocolate Mousse.
While the mousse chills, Chef will teach you how to make the perfectly cooked steak using the reverse sear method. Learn this technique and you'll use it every time you cook steak at home.
Béarnaise sauce added to a steak or asparagus will elevate a meal from ordinary to extraordinary - but it can be intimidating. Chef will give you the confidence to make this at home and impress your family and friends.
The meal is rounded out with pureed potatoes and roasted asparagus.

If you are unable to attend a class, you are encouraged to send someone in your place. We cannot make exceptions.
