Comfort in a bowl, this classic Italian Polenta & Meatballs hits the spot. You'll make from scratch classic pasta sauce, roll meatballs (and discover the secret to making moist and tender meatballs) and cook creamy polenta. Some simply roasted broccolini, a dusting of parmesan, and a garnish of parsley makes it look as good as it tastes.
We've got to have a little dessert too! Panna Cotta is a light Italian favorite which is sure to impress guests both with how beautiful it is and how lovely it tastes. We'll top it with macerated berries to make it even tastier.

A minimum 48-hour notice via phone or in-person (not email) is required for class cancellations or rescheduling for reservations of one to three guests. A minimum 7-day notice via phone or in-person is required for class cancellations or rescheduling for reservation of four or more guests. If you are unable to attend a class, you are encouraged to send someone in your place. We cannot make exceptions.
