Rustic Italian Dinner & Dessert

Comfort in a bowl, this classic Italian Cheesy Polenta & Meatballs hits the spot. Homemade Zabaglione for dessert! You'll make from scratch classic pasta sauce, roll meatballs (and discover the secret to making moist and tender meatballs) and cook creamy polenta. Some simply roasted broccolini, a dusting of parmesan, and a garnish of parsley makes it look as good as it tastes.

We've got to have a little dessert too! Zabaglione is a light Italian favorite which is sure to impress guests both with how decadent it is and how lovely it tastes. We'll serve it with macerated berries to make it even tastier.

Guests receive a 20% discount on future classes and 10% discount on any in-store purchase on the day of class!

A minimum 7-day notice via phone or in-person is required for class cancellations or rescheduling for reservation of four or more guests. If you are unable to attend a class, you are encouraged to send someone in your place. We cannot make exceptions.
