Two classic desserts, one delicious class! Our chefs will cook up a simple meal for you to enjoy before the desserts are done so you won't be eating only sweets for dinner (though we won't judge you if you do).
Lava Cakes may be considered outdated in a modern restaurant, but they're still number one in our hearts! They have just about everything you could ask for in a dessert. They're rich and chocolatey, gooey on the inside with just a bit of crisp at the edges, and then there's that beautiful contrast of warm cake with cold vanilla ice cream. It's truly incredible.
Crème Brûlée is another classic with a lot of technique. That first crack through the bittersweet caramel made by torching the sugar coated custard is so satisfying. That delicious vanilla flavor so nicely complemented by the tartness of the macerated berries on top. Lovely!
Our chefs will make some meatballs simmered in a homemade tomato sauce and served on top of cozy little bed of polenta. This way you don't need to worry about dinner and you still get to enjoy the amazing desserts you make in class.

Our recipes use common ingredients that may or may not be specified in the menu, including various fruits and vegetables, nuts, meats, spices, wheat flours, etc. If you have a food allergy or dietary restriction we should be aware of, please call or email before attending the class. We may or may not be able to accommodate.
A minimum 48-hour notice via phone or in-person (not email) is required for class cancellations or rescheduling for reservations of one to three guests. A minimum 7-day notice via phone or in-person is required for class cancellations or rescheduling for reservation of four or more guests. If you are unable to attend a class, you are encouraged to send someone in your place. We cannot make exceptions.
