Date Night: Authentic Korean Bibimbap w/ Bulgogi
Dolsot Bibimbap is a specific type of rice bowl in which the rice is packed into a very hot stone bowl so that it crisps and browns on the bottom adding a crunchy texture and a depth of flavor. We're going to top our rice with a few veggies in simple preparations to add a variety of textures, colors, and flavors to the dish. Of course, we'll have an egg to put on top, and a couple different sauces to choose from.
We'll also make a nice plate of Beef Bulgogi, which is marinated beef and onions quickly stir-fried to get some nice browning and an amazing flavor.
Guests receive a 20% discount on future classes and 10% discount on any in-store purchase on the day of class!

All sales are final. A minimum 48-hour notice via email (info@thelearningkitchen.com) is required for rescheduling. A minimum 7-day notice via email is required for rescheduling reservations of four or more guests. If you are unable to attend a class, you are encouraged to send someone in your place. We cannot make exceptions.
Our recipes use common ingredients that may or may not be specified in the menu, including various fruits and vegetables, nuts, meats, spices, wheat flours, etc. If you have a food allergy or dietary restriction we should be aware of, please call or email before attending class. We may or may not be able to accommodate.
