Date Night Homemade Gnocchi Workshop
Gnocchi is a versatile dish that can be transformed into an elegant meal for entertaining or serve as a quick alternative to homemade pasta. In this hands-on class, you and your date will master the technique of creating perfect gnocchi dough from scratch and learn how to incorporate it into two delicious recipes.
Under the guidance of our chef, you'll use an Italian gnocchi board to shape the dough into classic pillow-shaped gnocchi. Then, at your own cooktop, you'll prepare two gourmet dishes: Gnocchi with Panko-Crusted Chicken Breast in a rich Thyme Butter Cream Sauce, and Pesto Shrimp Gnocchi—a perfect balance of flavors for any occasion.

Pricing is per couple. Select 1 Attendance For 2 People
All sales are final. A minimum 48-hour notice via email (info@thelearningkitchen.com) is required for class rescheduling. A minimum 7-day notice via phone or in-person is required for class cancellations or rescheduling for reservation of four or more guests. If you are unable to attend a class, you are encouraged to send someone in your place. We cannot make exceptions.
Our recipes use common ingredients that may or may not be specified in the menu, including various fruits and vegetables, nuts, meats, spices, wheat flours, etc. If you have a food allergy or dietary restriction we should be aware of, please call or email before attending the class. We may or may not be able to accommodate.
