In this festive, hands-on class, you’ll cook at your own station as our chef leads you through making juicy, sizzling Chicken Fajitas from scratch—yes, including house-made seasoning blend. You’ll char the peppers and onions to perfection, whip up Fresh Guacamole and Pico de Gallo, and round out the plate with Roasted Poblano Chili Rice. All served up on soft flour tortillas hot from the oven.
To top it all off? A complimentary Margarita is included with your meal—because every good Cinco celebration deserves one!

All sales are final. A minimum 48-hour notice via email (info@thelearningkitchen.com) is required for rescheduling. A minimum 7-day notice via email is required for rescheduling reservations of four or more guests. If you are unable to attend a class, you are encouraged to send someone in your place. We cannot make exceptions.
Our recipes use common ingredients that may or may not be specified in the menu, including various fruits and vegetables, nuts, meats, spices, wheat flours, etc. If you have a food allergy or dietary restriction we should be aware of, please call or email before attending class. We may or may not be able to accommodate.
