If you have ever wondered what authentic Chinese food is, this is your chance to find out! Chef Timmy Kirk lived in China for 5 years and fell in love with the food. Now he is back home, but he brought the flavors of China's most famous regional cuisine, Sichuan, with him.
Sichuan is known for its super spicy food, but you can make it as spicy or as mild as you like in this class. This menu is an introduction to authentic Sichuan Chinese cuisine, with more in depth classes coming soon. Working at your own cooktop, you'll make every dish from start to finish, so you'll learn all the techniques involved.
