This class begins by learning the secret to making a delicious Balsamic Vinaigrette to top your Garden Fresh Salad. Next, cooking at your own cooktop, you and your date will prepare a Pepper-Bacon Risotto. While you make the Risotto, Chef will teach you how to sear your Filet Mignons to perfection and then make a Shallot Jus pan sauce to elevate your steak to the next level. Our chef will roast some carrots, glaze them with a bit of balsamic and top with a touch of goat cheese. What a meal!
