Salmon and Creamy Risotto make for a special meal for entertaining or just a delicious night in.
You’ll begin this meal by preparing a Pear and Toasted Walnut Spinach Salad with homemade dressing. Then, cooking at your own cooktop, Chef will teach you how to perfectly cook a Soy and Balsamic Glazed Salmon. You’ll also learn the how to convert rice into a creamy Lemon Risotto. Haricot Verts with Lemon Garlic Vinaigrette completes the meal.

If you are unable to attend a class, you are encouraged to send someone in your place. We cannot make exceptions.
