Chicken Saltimbocca with Homemade Ricotta Gnocchi



Don't think ordinary chicken can't be transformed into an elegant and delicious meal worthy of a special night in. Saltimbocca is Latin for "jumps in the mouth" and this is sure to become one of your go-to elegant and flavorful meals. 

In this class, you'll work at your own station to prepare the first course of a Caesar Salad with Fresh-Made Croutons and Caesar Dressing. The main course is a modern take on the classic Chicken Saltimbocca covered with melted Fontina Cheese. You'll also be making Ricotta Gnocchi Dough from scratch served with a Brown Butter and Sage sauce to pair with your Chicken Saltimbocca- and some garlicy Green Beans on the side.
