Fish Tacos are a light and delicious way to eat more fish. The secret lies in choosing the best fish, seasoning it well and - of course - the fixins! In this class, we'll cover all these topics.
You'll begin this class making the freshest fixings: Guacamole, Pico de Gallo and Chipotle Slaw with Jicama. Then you'll work at your own stove to prepare Smoky and Sweet Fish Tacos. You'll prepare Spiced Rice Pilaf to finish out the meal. When you sit down to eat you'll think you're in Southern California!
