A Taste of Milan
After learning the technique of making Gremolata on your cutting board, you'll work at your own cooktop to prepare Panko-Crusted, Pan Seared Shrimp topped with your Gremolata. Next you make a sauté of Fennel studded with Pancetta. Finish your meal with Lemon Herb Orzo.

All sales are final. A minimum 48-hour notice via email (info@thelearningkitchen.com) is required for rescheduling. A minimum 7-day notice via email is required for rescheduling reservations of four or more guests. If you are unable to attend a class, you are encouraged to send someone in your place. We cannot make exceptions.
Our recipes use common ingredients that may or may not be specified in the menu, including various fruits and vegetables, nuts, meats, spices, wheat flours, etc. If you have a food allergy or dietary restriction we should be aware of, please call or email before attending class. We may or may not be able to accommodate.
