If you're looking for a class for beginners, here it is. We'll start with the basics and you'll leave feeling confident in the kitchen.
Class starts with the end in mind...Panna Cotta is a light Italian favorite which is sure to impress guests both with how beautiful it is and how lovely it tastes. We'll top it with macerated berries to make it even tastier. While the Panna Cotta sets up, Chef will lead you through a mini “Knife-Skills” class, where you'll mince, dice and julienne your way to a delicious Panzanella Salad. Chef will walk you through common herbs and how to use them to elevate your home cooking. You'll complete your culinary education by creating your own pan-seared Chicken Filet with Lemon Cream Pan Sauce. Bring your curiosity, questions and your appetite.

A minimum 48-hour notice via phone or in-person (not email) is required for class cancellations or rescheduling for reservations of one to three guests. A minimum 7-day notice via phone or in-person is required for class cancellations or rescheduling for reservation of four or more guests. If you are unable to attend a class, you are encouraged to send someone in your place. We cannot make exceptions.
