Welcome to the South of France. You'll feel the warm breezes of the Mediterranean Sea as you and your date prepare this classic French meal.
Working at your own cooktop you'll begin by making a French Salad with Chevre, Bacon and toasted Almonds. You’ll make your own Citrus and Shallot Vinaigrette using fresh Herbs, Olive Oil and Orange. Then the Chef will walk you through the process of creating your own main course of Chicken Provencal. You'll pan roast Chicken and create an aromatic Provencal sauce made of Garlic, Tomato, Olives, Lemon zest and fresh Herbs. Accompany your dish with Citrus Butter Braised Potatoes.
