Date Night: American Steakhouse

If you love steak, this class is for you! Cooking at your own cooktop you and your date will prepare a meal that any high-end steakhouse would be proud to serve.

You’ll begin your meal making a Wedge Salad with Peppered Bacon and your own fresh made Blue Cheese or Ranch dressing. Then you’ll cook New York Strip steaks to perfection. Making a Brandy Cream Pan Sauce will teach you how easy it is to elevate your steak to high-end steakhouse quality. Accompany this with Straight-Up Mashed Potatoes and Candied Carrots with Caramelized Onions and Toasted Walnuts and your appetite will be more than satisfied.

A minimum 7-day notice via email is required for rescheduling reservations of four or more guests. If you are unable to attend a class, you are encouraged to send someone in your place. We cannot make exceptions.

Our recipes use common ingredients that may or may not be specified in the menu, including various fruits and vegetables, nuts, meats, spices, wheat flours, etc. If you have a food allergy or dietary restriction we should be aware of, please call or email before attending class. We may or may not be able to accommodate.
