To start, we’ll prepare a refreshing Moroccan Salad with Grapes, Raisins, and Pine Nuts, tossed in a Citrus Vinaigrette that’s a perfect contrast to the richness of the chicken. We’ll also show you how to make Saffron-Infused Rice Pilaf, paired with dried apricots and almonds, offering a perfect blend of sweet and savory flavors.
To complete the meal, we’ll introduce you to the simple, yet incredibly tasty Moroccan-style Roasted Carrot Salad. By roasting the carrots instead of steaming them, we bring out their natural sweetness and enhance the spices with a delightful smoky flavor.
