Savory Stuffed Shells make for a delicious meal - and are easy to prepare for a small group or a large one.
You’ll start this class by making the freshest Italian Salad dressing to serve over a toss of Romaine lettuce. Then working at your own cooktop, you’ll prepare Italian Sausage and Ricotta Stuffed Shells with Herbes de Provence and learn how to prepare a classic Marinara Sauce.
To accompany the Stuffed Shells, you'll also create a Saute of Sugar Snap Peas with Lemon and Garlic Compound Butter. You will eat everything you create (well, it’s probably more than you can eat, so you’ll take some home)!
