Imagine yourself sitting on a patio in the French country-side, sipping wine, with the wonderful aromas of a home-cooked meal wafting out of the kitchen. This is the feel you'll get when you eat this meal.
We'll start with a nice light salad perfect for summer, with a lemon vinaigrette. For the main course we'll do a French classic, coq au vin, which means chicken braised in wine, which comes with a rich creamy sauce, so delicious. On the side we'll roast some potatoes to crispy perfection, and grill some asparagus, with a bit of an unconventional method, but with proven excellent results!
