NEW CLASS! Amped Up Sandwiches!

Life is like a sandwich, you have to fill it with the best ingredients. We're making a couple of delicious sandwiches, one served with oven fries and the other with chips.

Working at your own cooktop, you'll make each sandwich. The first is a seared chicken breast with a Lemon-Basil Gremolata, and Sundried Tomato Aioli on toasted Challah, super flavorful.  The second is a like a fancy grilled cheese out of a French bistro: Brie, Apple and Prosciutto on pan toasted bread.

Working in many of the city's, best known farm to table restaurants, including La Soupe, Metropole and Chalk Food + Wine, and as the newest Culinary Adjunct at The Midwest Culinary Institute; Chef Jason has placed an emphasis on quality food being both accessible and inviting to all people.
