Bacon, Bacon, Bacon!


We're not sure we even need to list the menu since the appeal of bacon alone is enough for many people. This class will use three types of bacon to make three delicious dishes.

Working at your own station you’ll start by preparing a Panzanella Salad with Crispy Bacon Vinaigrette. Next you make Pan-Seared Shrimp with Black Peppercorn Bacon and finally, Pancetta Risotto with Shallots and Spinach. Learn from a professional Chef; have a great meal; repeat at home!
