In this class you'll learn several cooking techniques as you prepare a selection of 4 Tapas. Tapas are "small plates," but you won't go away hungry. Learn from a professional Chef...cook at your own cooktop...eat what you cook (well, you'll probably cook more than you can eat so we'll have take-out boxes).
