Fish Tacos are a light and delicious way to eat more fish. The secret lies in choosing the best fish, seasoning it well and - of course - the fixins! In this class, we'll cover all these topics.
You'll begin this class making the freshest fixings: Guacamole, Pico de Gallo and Chipotle Slaw with Jicama. Then you'll work with your date and share a cooktop to prepare Smoky and Sweet Fish Tacos. You'll prepare Spiced Rice Pilaf to finish out the meal. When you sit down to eat you'll think you're in Southern California!
