Date Night Rosemary Steak w/ Bacon Scallion Potatoes


This steak class is perfect for a date any night of the week or a Saturday dinner party. In this class, you and your date will share a cooking station and eat everything you prepare. 

Start with a Fresh Salad – you’ll learn to make a dressing that’s so quick and delicious you won’t use store bought dressing again!  Then you’ll prepare a Rosemary Marinated NY Strip Steak with a Pear-Balsamic glaze, Smashed Yukon Gold Potatoes with Bacon and Scallions and a Sauté of Baby Spinach with Shallots and Garlic.

Chef Instructor: Kristin Rose

Kristin Rose is a personal chef out of Blue Ash. Her food philosophy is using whole, high quality, unprocessed foods.  Over 8 years ago, she decided to start a second career and follow her love of cooking healthy food.  She went to culinary school at the Midwest Culinary Institute here in Cincinnati and earned a Culinary Arts Certificate.  Now, she works with her clients to provide them with good healthy options. Come join one of her classes!

Our recipes use common ingredients that may or may not be specified in the menu, including various fruits and vegetables, nuts, meats, spices, wheat flours, etc. If you have a food allergy or dietary restriction we should be aware of, please call or email before attending the class.
