A Mexican staple, enchiladas are so tasty, and great for feeding a crowd, or just make a ton for yourself and save the rest for lunch the next day. You'll want to eat them again. We won't judge you. In fact, we're kind of jealous.
You're going to learn everything from start to finish at your own cook top. We'll start by making the red sauce. Then, we'll season and sear the chicken and assemble the casserole, complete with cheese on top, and bake them. On the side, you'll make your own guacamole to be eaten with chips. Everything will be served with Cilantro Lime Rice.

If you are unable to attend a class, you are encouraged to send someone in your place. We cannot make exceptions.
