Making fresh pasta is a fun skill to learn and one that can help make delicious and impressive meals at home!
In this class, you'll make your own Pasta Dough with simple ingredients, as you learn how to knead and rest the dough. While the dough rests, you’ll make and enjoy a Salad with seasonal greens. From your very own dough you’ll make fresh Linguini, then finish it with a Classic Red Sauce that's so delicious and simple you’ll never buy Ragu again!
A manual countertop pasta machine imported from Italy will be used during class and is available for purchase at a discount.
Guests receive a 20% discount on future classes and 10% discount on any in-store purchase on the day of class!

Chef Instructor: Rebecca Denney Rebecca Denney is the chef and owner of Paleolicious and the Modern farmhouse Kitchen. Her specialties include gluten free, paleo, seasonal and vegetarian entrees. She is passionate about working with families to help them discover that healthy food should always be delicious.
Our recipes use common ingredients that may or may not be specified in the menu, including various fruits and vegetables, nuts, meats, spices, wheat flours, etc. If you have a food allergy or dietary restriction we should be aware of, please call or email before attending the class. A minimum 48-hour notice via phone or in-person (not email) is required for class cancellations or rescheduling for reservations of one to three guests. A minimum 7-day notice via phone or in-person is required for class cancellations or rescheduling for reservation of four or more guests. If you are unable to attend a class, you are encouraged to send someone in your place. We cannot make exceptions.
