Valentine's Day Lunch Date

Happy Valentine's Day! We've created a delicious Menu for a wonderfully romantic Valentine's Day Lunch Date - an awesome Steak class filled with technique and delicious recipes.

The menu is a starter course of Tomato Bisque with Toasted French Bread. You and your date will then work together at your own induction cooktop to prepare Filet Mignon with Thyme au Poivre Sauce (Pepper Cream Sauce) which is accompanied with a flavorful Potato Hash with Peppers, Onions, Garlic and Parmesan.
