Chicken Saltimbocca

Don't think ordinary chicken can't be transformed into an elegant and delicious meal worthy of a special night in. Saltimbocca is Latin for "jumps in the mouth" and this is sure to become one of your go-to elegant and flavorful meals.

In this class, you'll work at your own station to prepare the first course of a Caesar Salad with Fresh-Made Bacon Croutons and Caesar Dressing. The main course you will prepare is a modern take on Chicken Saltimbocca, with Fresh Mozzarella, Prosciutto and Spinach with a Balsamic Butter Sauce. You will also create a Tomato and Goat Cheese Strata. Round out your meal with Fingerling Potatoes with Lemon and Herbs.
