A Taste of Milan

Enjoyed throughout Italy, "Gremolata" is a herbaceous and delightful Italian condiment used to brighten up any meal and you'll learn how to make and use it in this class.  Delicious on any protein, vegetable or even a soup, it's composed of Flat Leaf Parsley, Lemon Zest and Garlic.

After learning the technique of making Gremolata on your cutting board, you'll work at your own cooktop to prepare Panko-Crusted, Pan Seared Shrimp topped with your Gremolata. Next you make a sauté of Fennel studded with Pancetta. Finish your meal with Lemon Herb Orzo.
