Working at your own cooktop you'll prepare a Roasted Acorn Squash and Gorgonzola Flat Bread, then Panko-Crusted Risotto Cakes with Mesclun and Balsamic Vinaigrette. Finally, you'll create a Roasted Pepper and Portobello Mushroom with Chipotle Sauce served over Pasta.
