Cooking 101

If you're looking for a class for beginners, here it is. We'll start with the basics and you'll leave feeling confident in the kitchen.  

Chef will start with a mini “Knife-Skills” class, where you'll mince, dice and julienne your way to a delicious Panzanella Salad. Then working at your own cooktop you'll learn proper vegetable cookery techniques by making sautéed Asparagus with Balsamic Pancetta.  Chef will walk you through common herbs and how to use them to elevate your home cooking. You'll complete your culinary education by creating your own pan-seared Chicken Filet with 2 Pan Sauces. One with wine and broth and another using cream. Bring your curiosity, questions and your appetite.
