Homemade Ramen & Wild Shrimp

Maybe you haven't had ramen since college, or maybe you still have those salty packets and rectangle noodle packets (nothing wrong with that!) But you know we like to ditch the overly processed food and make Ramen the way it should be. Working at your own induction cooktop, in this class you’ll prepare a Comforting Broth of Chiles, Ginger, Garlic and Lemongrass.  While this savory broth simmers, you’ll make and enjoy eating a pair of Vegetable Spring Rolls. Then you’ll cook Shrimp in a mixture of Shallots, Lemongrass and Ginger. Finally, you’ll put it all together into a Ramen Noodle Bowl topped with Chopped Cashews and Cilantro.
