Cooking at your own induction cooktop, in this class you’ll prepare a Comforting Broth of Chiles, Ginger, Garlic and Lemongrass. While this savory broth simmers, you’ll make and enjoy eating a pair of Vegetable Spring Rolls. Then you’ll cook Shrimp in a mixture of Shallots, Lemongrass and Ginger. Finally, you’ll put it all together into a Ramen Noodle Soup topped with Chopped Cashews and Cilantro.
