This class will feature all of the down south flavors of the Carolina Low Country.
You'll work at your own station to prepare a deeply-flavored meal of Wild Caught Gulf Shrimp & Creamy Grits with Andouille Sausage and Chicken Pan Gravy. To accompany this perfectly Southern dish, you'll also create a Green Salad with Blue Cheese and Bacon Vinaigrette.
