Date Night Modern Steak


Let's learn the skills needed to make a wonderful steak dinner at home, complete with modern touches, like zucchini noodles.

Working at your own cooktop, you and your date will create a delicious menu starting with a Pear & Fennel Salad with Celery and Apple Maple Vinaigrette. Then you will prepare a Beef Tenderloin Filet with a Roasted Cremini Thyme Cream Sauce. To accompany your steak, you'll use the Spiralizer to make Zucchini Noodles with Brussel Sprouts, Roasted Red Pepper and Lemon Butter. This class includes
