Inspired by the famous “Palace Cafe” on Canal Street in New Orleans this menu is sure to get you thinking about Mardi Gras.

You’ll learn the “holy trinity” of New Orleans cooking and use “Cajun” spices to create this dish of Smoked Sausage, Shrimp and Chicken in a luxurious sauce. You'll leave class being fluent in “Jambalaya”.
