A Trip to Vietnam Pho Palace

Start your journey by learning the technique for making fresh Asian Spring Rolls.  Then, working at your own cooktop, you'll learn to master Pho Ga: this fragrant and easy Vietnamese Chicken Noodle soup recipe is a simple yet flavorful introduction to Pho.

In this class you receive the added benefit of a mini Knife Skills class as you prepare the vegetables you use rolling your own Asian Spring Rolls with Rice Noodles, plus two seductive dipping sauces. Very Delicious!

Next you'll create your own bowl of satisfying Rice noodles in a comforting Chicken broth, spiked with Ginger and Onion brule, Star Anise, Coriander and Chicken. Garnished with fresh Chilis, Carrots, Mushrooms and of course lots of Cilantro, Mint and a Lime. Slurping encouraged.
