One Pot Wonders


Having less cleanup and needing less equipment is super helpful for weeknight cooking...and no, we're not talking about microwave meals!  

In this class, you will create two meals that are created with just one pot or pan. Cooking at your own cooktop you'll prepare is an Egg Noodle Soup with Garlic, Baby Kale, White Beans and Shaved Parmesan. Then you'll return to the kitchen to make Farfalle Pasta with Italian Sausage, Toasted Fennel Seeds and Braised Sweet Fennel. These 2 meals will become your quick and easy go to recipes when you want a great meal but don’t want to spend a lot of time in the kitchen. You will eat everything you create (well, it’s probably more than you can eat, so you’ll take some home)!
