In this class you'll learn how to roast a whole cornish hen, which is basically just a small chicken, and you can use those skills to make and whole roasted bird. We're trying to recreate everybody's favorites here, so we're going with Hibachi Beef and Shrimp with a side of mixed vegetables, and of course, fried rice. BUT that's not all!
