Reduced Class Sizes
We've limited class size to maintain 6 feet distance between guests.
Health Screening
Upon arrival each guest will be asked health screening questions and temperature will be checked.
Masks
Our Chef and employees will always wear masks.
Masks will be made available and following the State of Ohio mandate, all guests will be required to wear a mask except when tasting and dining.
Nothing Shared, Nothing Passed
If you've taken a class with us you know we often pass and share common ingredients like salt and pepper. Now, each guest will have their own set of common ingredients: salt, pepper, oils, and butter in addition to having their own knives, cutting boards, spatulas, and other utensils as usual. We havecompletely eliminated the need to pass or share any items.
We have gloves available for any situation that might require them. We continue to use a food-safe sanitizer to sanitize any and all appropriate surfaces before, during, and after class.
