Class Cancellation Policy

If class needs to be cancelled due to inclement weather or for any other reason, The Learning Kitchen will make every attempt to contact each registered student. We will also post the class closings on the local television and radio stations. Each customer registering for a class should be reminded that classes with less than four registered students will be cancelled 24 hours before the scheduled time. A full refund will always be issued if The Learning Kitchen cancels class.

If a customer needs to cancel a registration, The Learning Kitchen requests a seven-day notice for a refund to be issued. If the class is in fewer than seven days and they can no longer attend, we ask that the customer send a friend in her place. This policy is in place so that we can schedule appropriate kitchen staff, purchase supplies and keep student spots available for those committed to attending.

Class Participant Discount

After every class, students receive a 10 percent discount on everything in the store. Gift Cards are excluded.

Gift Cards

Gift cards can be purchased online in $25 increments or in the store for any amount you choose. Our gift cards can be reloaded and can be used towards classes or in the boutique. Gift cards are non-returnable.

Check Writing Policy

The Learning Kitchen will gladly accept your check with a valid ID. Merchandise paid for with a check can be returned ten days after purchase. Cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express are also acceptable forms of payment.

Return Policy

We stand behind our products. If, for any reason, a purchase does not meet your needs, you may return it to the store with your receipt within 60 days for a full refund of the purchase price. Gift cards are non-returnable. Unused and undamaged returns without a receipt may be issued a store credit.

Rewards Program

The Learning Kitchen offers a free rewards program to all customers. Your information is collected in our computer system and rewards are tracked automatically. For every $250 spent, a $15 coupon is earned. The coupon will automatically print on the customer's receipt.

Collecting Email Addresses

We also send coupons and a monthly newsletter to customers' email addresses. We will never sell customers' information to any third party, nor will the information be used for any purpose other than what is stated on this site and in-store.
